Terrible launch, but great app.
New app - The launch was a complete failure in that you have to contact UCU to get logged in the first time. Frustrating as F! That said, once you do get in, the app is fantastic. Touch ID, easy to read/understand and it just works the way a banking app should work - and much nicer than my other credit union that also recently updated its app. TouchID should have been an option years ago, but now it’s finally here as FaceID is the new standard LOL. But still better than typing in a password.

Looks good, more features
New app has many more useful features than the old app. Will take a little bit to get used to the new layout but seems pretty intuitive.
I like the quick look feature if I just want to check my balances.
Transfers and depositing checks is really easy and works well; that’s all I typically use the app for.
I also like that I can use my fingerprint for my password as my big thumbs have a hard time typing out passwords correctly on my phone.
Thanks for the update...but
For the longest I wanted the app to get updated, and now that it is, I am slightly disenchanted with it. It was so easy to pay bills and see my pending transactions (why is this feature gone?). I love that it’s clean and easy to read—touch ID is great, especially since there’s a new login system. But there’s the little features that are missing that make it so hard to love this app. I’m really hoping an update happens soon-ish, I hate that I might have to call the branch so that someone can tell me what’s pending in my account.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
