Works great!

I did have a weird issue trying to get this to work at first like KeithMauney. I understand the frustration. I think I had to restart the computer to get it to work or something. Either way, once I got it to work, it works great. You can set the preferences to remind you to get up every 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 mins, 1 hour, or 2 hours. I have mine set at every 50 minutes and love it. I set it up to automatically start when the computer is first turned on. For those of you who don’t know how to do this: System Preferences -> Users & Groups -> Login Items -> + (add) button -> Search and select UP -> Voilà

Four stars is due to the added effort to get it to work. It shouldn’t be that difficult.
Hopefully whatever the reason it’ll be fixed soon, so it’ll be easier for everyone else in the future.

Apparently, I have to get up now. ;-)

Works best for me

Sitting, they say, is the new smoking. UP faithfully reminds me to get up every 20 minutes (there are other options). I do a simple exerciese, or drink a glass of water (UP suggests that and more). No bugs so far. Love this!

Works well... when it works

Seems to idle out and requires restart to get the timer going again. Not sure I'm mindful enough to get much use out of it.
