They've dumbed down the smart coach
They've stopped asking why you don't like a specific tip. You can only give it a thumbs up or thumbs down. After having a phenomenal day, exceeding my step goal AND logging a 45 minute workout, smart coach doesn't mention anything about that the next day and encourage me to keep it up, instead it gives me a list of all the times I failed and tells me I need to do better! And for some reason, my tracker also didn't log anything for at least an hour and a half, when there was intermittent activity, instead logging me as completely inactive. Stupid!
Love it but could use pregnancy and nursing options
The band and ap work really well. There are a lot of options and I like the tips and goals. However, I wish it had a place to select if you are pregnant or nursing/taking care of a newborn. I keep getting tips about not getting enough sleep and waking up throughout the night. Not too helpful there when I have a newborn with colic... When I was pregnant I would have loved to get tips about healthy weight gain and exercise goals accordingly.
The Coaching App that Coaches Use
I have been a Health Educator & Behavioral Coach for 15 years and I LOVE this app! It helps you meet your personal goals by reminding you of your progress, helping you set little goals, keeping you accountable, suggesting strategies and cheering you on when you make even small accomplishments. Change happens with small steps and after trying several fitness apps, UP is THE BEST MY COLLEAGUES & I have found, hands down.
