Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Setting after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Before UpKeep our biggest complaint from staff was that things on the maintenance list was never being completed or that they never knew if it was completed. UpKeep has helped us report faster to the Maintenance Supervisor any concern that needed attention and report back when an item was completed. This app has brought much organization to a department that needed it so much. I wouldn't want to go back to the way it was. Now we don't have any concerns regarding the maintenance department. Just wanted to say that I searched for quite a while to look for app like this. I use it for maintaining my own house and some other properties. It is very simple to request the work and to approve it and then assign it to the person going to do the work. I like the way that the parts list works and integrates directly with the location. So far it has been well worth the time and effort to install and populate the required data.

Simple with great workflow

I was looking for an app to manage the work orders for a small maintenance company. I gave this app a try, and it was extremely simple to use with a workflow that makes sense. The barcode scan is great! I was skeptical at first and thinking how long it would take for it to scan a barcode. It scanned instantly, which was awesome since there are several types of barcodes out there. Thanks Upkeep for making my work easier!!
