First off the customer support is A++++. I was having trouble logging into my account so I emailed Mike, after a few emails back an forth I was up an running again. He was extremely supportive an very helpful. Thanks Mike! As for the App, it packed full of awesomeness. I have not had one single question that wasn't answered within the App. Extremely easy to navigate! You will NOT find another App like this out there. From beginners to top athletes Mike has found away to address all your needs in a one stop shop. UYF!!!!
As far as body weight workouts go, this app has a great catalog of videos and tutorials that a greatly detailed and to the point. It's loaded with content like outdoor workout locations, corrective exercises, daily workouts.
The downside is the frequency of adds, some locations are off by a block or two, but other than that I'd recommend this as must have app for fitness guidelines.
