Description
Like a Post-It® on your lock screen: never again forget anything important!
(BE PATIENT: initially it takes a while for the notes to show up, this improves the more often you use the app AND you have to be online due to technical restrictions)

Then "Urgent Notes" is the app you waited for!
No need to unlock or even switch into an app.
Synchronises between several devices via iCloud.
A Widget in Notification Center is also available.
Important: The "Background App Refresh" (Settings -> General -> Background App Refresh) has to be turned on for the "Urgent Notes" app. (This will not drain the battery as no online activity will take place.)

Choose out of 8 colors for your urgent note. Great to categorize or just use your favorite color.

It is just like post it notes. It stays on my screen with reminders that I have notes there.
I do wish you could write longer notes but it only allows so many characters to be used
Didn't work and not needed after all
After trying this and another app trying to get to-do reminders to show on lock screen with no success, I figured out that it can be done with the iOS Reminders app in iOS 9 or later by setting an alarm for any time from a minute later forward and turning on lock screen notifications in settings. It shows up as long as it's not marked completed.
Nice little App
I do wish though that the notes would pop up on my screen instead of me having to look to see if I have any urgent notes. 😊
