Not recognizing me
This is actually the third time I'm trying to write a review to complain about how awful this new update has been. I hope this actually goes through but this is just another flaw from this app that is not working properly. So again I have to rewrite what I wrote and hope that it gets posted this time. I have never wrote a review before because I have never paid a decent amount of money for something and it was not working. I am a subscriber and I've never had an issue with this before this new update. When I go into the app and try to refresh it as a current subscriber it says that this option is unavailable and to try back later. This is been going on for two days now. I emailed customer support personally yesterday twice. My first email was explaining my issue and to please help fix it and my second email was my actual receipt of when I paid and how much I paid for how many months. I got nothing back in response. So today I wrote another email through this app to the customer service about my problem, the emails I sent yesterday and how this needs to be fixed immediately. I think we should all be reimbursed because we are paying for something that is not working. In my opinion this is fraud because it is not our fault that they are having technicalities with their program.
Can't stand it after update-deleted information but continued to auto renew. Followed their instructions & still nothing. Please fix!!
This is the second time I am writing this review. The magazine always appears on the stands before I ever get the notification that it's ready to download (unlike People-always a day in advance). Since the recent update of apple software US magazine has been unable to do the same. I have paid for a year subscription and it no longer recognizes my email or password (unlike People magazine) as valid so I cannot even sign in, and even if I could I'm not even sure there would be a magazine there to read. When I do tap on the icon it always asks me "do I want to buy this issue." Really? Is this a prank? I would seriously like a credit.
For the past 2 weeks I've had an issue trying to download my new magazines or even logging in. Just like everyone else my email was not found after I did the latest update, even tho I've literally been a subscriber for 8 years off and on! As frustrating as it was I just kept deleting the app, re-downloading it, etc. finally yesterday it let me download the latest issue but was now disappointing is how and why the app was even updated to begin with???!! There is no slide bar to skip quickly to the story like there use to be, u must go page by page. Also the font is so small it's ridiculous!!! You have to widen almost every story you read!! US WEEKLY NEEDS 2 GET IT TOGETHER
