Customer Reviews

I get very frustrated when viewing a photo gallery, eg., "Best Dressed at the Emmys of all Time" with 47 photos, will stop at #20. Upon reloading, I was able to see three more photos before it bounced back to #20.

Additionally, the Top Stories and Latest News features have a pink (or other colored box) where a photo is supposed to be; this is all the way down the list of stories, not just an occasional article.

Please fix the loading issues! This is not a new problem. I have had this app for at least two years! The function has deteriorated over time. I would delete it but I am both stubborn and hopeful that things will improve.

Getting worse

The app itself isn't an issue. My problem is the rude a$$holes on the app that make commenting an issue. People harass each other and there is no way to report it. I tried calling Us Weekly and was told they can't do anything and to call Apple since it's an app. I called Apple and was told that they can't do anything. Obviously someone can do something and you need to figure it out. I'm sick of being harassed through no fault of my own. I've considered calling the cops or someone to track this person down. They're lucky I'm not under 18 or they'd be in jail.

I admit, I used to kinda love this app for my guilty celebrity gossip pleasure, until I recently saw a headline that said "Kim Kardashian tortured by her body". I am so disgusted by this blatant female oppression. NO female should be told they should torture their bodies. This is exactly what causes body dysmorphia. If Kim Kardashian is considered to be one of the beautiful women in the world, imagine how this headline would now is struggling with health, body, or vanity concerns. This is dangerous, Us Weekly, and you ought to be ashamed of yourself. You have lost a customer.
