Terrible update
July 18, 2023. You made a terrible mistake with the new app!! The old app showed the ACCOUNT NUMBERS on the list of accounts. In the new one the account numbers are MISSING on the first screen so I have to go through the entire list to find the one I want to open. This is horribly annoying. It shouldn't be my job to have to open every cd to add a nickname to correct this. Anyone with half a brain would've seen this as a lousy design. Fire the person who changed it.
Horrible app
Our company just switched over unfortunately and we have been dealing with the consistent unreliability service.
No possible way to reset password as I’ve entered the correct information while still receiving invalid credentials message. I have replied to the email first sent to me from US Alliance to get my reset link/username but no luck. Horrible app
