Utica National's Mobile AdvantEDGE equips users with insurance and safety resources virtually wherever they are. It allows instant access to a variety of informational tools and features, including the ability to call Emergency services (911), obtain roadside and towing services, submit a claim, and contact an insurance agent. The application also offers accident checklists and a search tool to find a local repair service. Policyholders can login to securely view digital insurance ID cards, pay a bill, check the status of existing claims and view policy documents.

I have been with this insurance company since June 2012 and I had no complaints especially seeing I only up until this past April only replace glass until this past April. I got to pay one large lump sum every year which I loved. This past April my car was totaled because my husband was in a car accident that should of killed which thank god he didn't (my first car ever). I never personal have gotten into a car accident ever in my life as a driver. the claims department has been great and I would of gotten my check if it wasn't for me never getting the title from the bank after I paid off the car. We bought a new car and because we aren't at our permeant address (husband is active duty marine) they are giving us 45 days to find a new insurance company so in my opinion this company is not a supporting company of the military which is why I say they are ok because a company as small as them should support our service members and their families
