I really need this app to work correctly, and it just doesn’t. I tried several times about 2 years ago to make a mobile deposit. For some reason, it never accepts the scan of the check. NEVER! It’s very frustrating and I retake and retake to no avail. I would think with the technology available today, they would figure out a way to make this work?
I wish you could just do Touch ID. I understand it’s to protect us well but it is such a hassel to log in every time like this. Other banking apps are way easier to navigate into.
Ever since I updated the app it won't even open. It crashes as soon as I open it. I havent been able to use the app in months because of this. It use to work amazing, but at this point I wish the app would just open.
