Vape Shop Manager is a POS and Management system built by vape retailers for vape retailers.
In our own vape store we struggled with numerous generic POS solutions and never found one which was suited to the particulars of our industry. The generic software available was so bad that, for a while, we resorted back to pen and paper. We decided this situation needed to be rectified and embarked on creating a slick POS solution specifically tailored for vape retailers.
Vape Shop Manager is more than just a POS payment solution. It is a complete management system with features such as Stock Control, Deals, Graphs and Reports, Notes, News, Adverse Health Logging (a requirement of the forthcoming EU directive) and it can even display a categorised liquids list with our free customer facing sister app VSM Liquid Explorer.
Speed, flexibility and ease of use were our priorities whilst creating Vape Shop Manager. We ditched image based product selection for a much faster text based lookup system which is less prone to mistakes. Liquids can be grouped into ‘Ranges’ and changes made to the range as a whole rather than to each individual liquid. This is just a small selection of the great features that Vape Shop Manager has to offer that have had a massive impact on our productivity. Many tedious jobs which once took an entire day, now take minutes.
Traditional, archaic till systems are bulky, unsightly and often cost 10X the price of our solution. This is why we believe our software is an innovative game changer and can become a standard POS system for vape retailers world wide.
We will be actively seeking to add features to help ease impending regulatory burdens and as time goes on, offer a service tailored to you. When you download our app, you will instantly be able to input up to 20 products of your choice into your product database totally free of charge. Our reasonable monthly subscription will then unlock unlimited products.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before end of the current period.
The user's iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
