VBallScore is a free volleyball scoreboard app that let's one person score a volleyball game while everyone else follows along. No more guessing the score; let the referee push it to your mobile device! No ref? No problem! You score for the spectators! When you can’t see the score, VBallScore!

This is done automatically unlike other scoring apps that require the scorekeeper to text a screen shot or manually post to social media. VBallScore automatically updates the score for everyone at the exact, same, time! Give it a try at your next indoor, sand (beach), or grass volleyball tournament and let us know how well it worked for you!

To watch a super quick video on how to use VBALLSCORE, visit the official site:

When the official scoreboard / flip board is not visible from a particular seat, watch instant live score updates.

Parents, coaches, spectators, players can track any other team or athlete’s score live at any other location.

Players awaiting their next game can track the score of the current match to gauge how much time they have to warm up before their next match.

Every match stays in your "Watched or Scorekeeper History" to allow you to go back later to see previous scores.

Using VBALLSCORE is 75% more effective in preventing scoring errors than using a flip board, no scoreboard at all, or relying solely on penciling in a score on a piece of paper.

Now anyone unable to see the volleyball scoreboard or attend the volleyball tournament in person are able to follow any game in progress.

Works great

Living with 7

This app is awesome. I travel for work so with this app I can log on and follow another dad that is keeping score so I have the score in real time wherever I am. I do a FaceTime call to my wife on my iPad and I have the live scoreboard on my phone so it's almost like being there!

Disappointed with fake reviews

I read the reviews and looked forward to using this app with my daughter's volleyball team. I was a bit suspicious when I saw all these 5-star reviews and all the reviews came within a few days of each other. I googled the app and company name and found out that 2 of the 5-star reviews come from the people who wrote the app! How sleazy is that!

They don't even say in their review that they wrote the app so now I'm wondering if all the other reviews come from the employees or friends of this company. I also googled some of the names of the reviewers and found they don't exist anywhere else; no Twitter, Facebook, other app reviews, nothing (not all of them, of course). If the app is good then they shouldn't need to use fake reviews to get downloads. I sent Apple an email asking if this was allowed but I haven't heard back yet.

This really made me not want to use the app because I can't trust what this company is doing with my info. I went to their website and it's just a pdf document about the app! No info on how they're using our personal location or other info. That settled it for me. I deleted the app and let all the parents on my daughter's team know about this app. Now I'm still looking for a good scoring app so if anyone knows of one (from an honest company) please post it in their review. That information would really help a lot of people.

Read this for an honest opinion

I think the app has a lot of room to grow but the way it is right now it is completely useful for using in place of an actual scoreboard. Most apps that are built for volleyball just simply score with one person doing it. This app allows one person to score and the entire team to watch. I was pretty impressed because we gave our freshman referee an iPhone and she opened the app, logged in, set up the match between both teams that were already in the database, and started scoring. All the parents simply followed on their own phones and we even were able to send the same information to people that were not in attendance of the game and they were able to follow along live every second as it happened. There's probably a ton more that can be built into this such as allowing us to add our own custom mascots as well as maybe following eight different games on the same home screen at one time instead of flipping back-and-forth but the ability for us to watch multiple games is pretty cool itself anyway.
