This is the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Since the recent security update, it has been difficult to access my account from the mobile app. There are two authorized users, and almost every time, the app doesn’t recognize the authorized device and ask for verification. If either user forgets the response (several) given, your accounts are locked. Now, trouble begins.
I don’t carry my desktop with me, surprised? If it is after hours, out of town, traveling, and a desperate need to access funds is necessary, and can’t get to an ATM, I’m screwed! No other way to put it.
Most all other mobile banking systems, has 24 hour customer service help for their mobile banking that assist with such issues. And Credit Unions are supposed to be member oriented, not this one.
If I’m stuck on the side of the road with a locked (disabled) account and there is not an ATM for miles, I guess I’m homeless for the weekend! Unacceptable! Fix your broken security issues and start providing a way to reenable, disabled accounts if it’s after hours and access to a desktop is unavailable. You owe your customers at least this!

Great bank, bad technology!!!
This bank is full of amazing individuals and great people who are helpful and treat you well. The issue is their phone app and their website. It has been down more times than I can count!!! And I have been a devoted member for over 9 years! So annoying!! The website always has some issues and won't load, and the phone app hasn't pulled up my account in weeks...all I get is an error message. Not happy with the technology end of this what this bank has to offer. There are plenty of other banks who can accommodate those of us on the go and it's enough for some of us to start looking for other banking options even though I love the people at this bank!!! Ugh, please vbsfcu fix this issue!!! And hire better IT :-(
