The Veggie Garden Planner provides you with clearly arranged information that you need to quickly compose your vegetable garden patch.
Before purchase we provide a free download so you can see for yourself what value the app provides.
Choose vegetables that harmonise well together. You will find information regarding good/bad neighbor plants for each vegetable.
For your chosen garden composition you get tabular overviews to quickly determine sowing/harvest times, and which interactions exist between vegetables.
As an bonus feature, you can visually arrange your vegetable patch with our Patch Plan Editor - with vital information regarding planting distance & good/bad neighbors at your fingertips.
You will also be warned of problematic crop rotations, e.g. if you place two plants with strong soil depletion at two consecutive seasons!
Note regarding the climate zone: The seedtimes and harvesttimes are adjusted to hardiness zones USDA 7-8 (e.g. Atlanta, Seattle or Central Europe). Please adapt accordingly.

Small Plant Inventory, Waste of Time and Money
Do NOT spend ANY money for this app. They have an extremely limited list of plants (Fruits, Vegetables, Herbs). I paid $3.99 for the “Patch Planner” but I cannot even plan out my garden as it does not even have the majority of the very common garden plants that I am growing! Horrible app simply because of the extremely limited plant inventory. I want my money back! I am incredibly disappointed. This app is unusable without a proper inventory. I have a variety of over 35 types of common, everyday fruits, vegetables, and herbs in my garden and this app maybe covers 5 of them... it is absurd.

We will continue to add more veggies, so we are grateful for any suggestions.

Info for German Climate only
Nowhere in the description does it say that plant and harvest times are based on German climate only (yet it’s available in the US App Store??). There’s no way to customize the app for your local climate. The free version has info for only 12 uncommon veggies; for $1.99 you can unlock info on a meager list of additional veggies but it’s definitely not worth it. The app is still pretty new so maybe future updates will add more features but as of today, it needs a lot of work!

Thanks for your feedback!
We made the description more clear, and added a note regarding the USDA hardiness zone use for our plant and harvest times, to help you adapt it to your specific climatic circumstances.
The amount of veggie varieties is growing steadily, and as you can see, updates also include new features like the Patch Plan Editor.
More is coming soon, so stay tuned!
When I first opened the app there was a very limited amount of vegetables offered. However, for $1.99 you could unlock all of the vegetables. I paid the $1.99 and the list of vegetables was disappointing. There isn’t one kind of pepper on it, plus various other common items. Then, after choosing “My Vegetables” I went to plot them on the planner and had a pop up say that in order to use that feature, it would be an additional $1.99. That is where I stopped.
