Vent has helped me.
I remember I found out about vent on tumblr and people said it was good app to express your feelings on. I'm very emotional person so o thought maybe I should try this because my friends at the time were not listening to me and so much more. I downloaded used it then I stopped for a 3-4 years. And I just remembered the app a few weeks ago and created a new account and started to use it again. Vent is what it says it is. Vent is an amazing app that connects you to people who understand how you feel, or going through the same things as you. With vent, no one need to know who you are, so there is no need to scared of judgment or people making jokes about your situations. Vent help with one of my relationship fallouts and it helps a lot of people with depression, family issues, coming out to your family and friends about sexuality and so much more. Vent is a way for you to deal with your emotions, a place for you to say how you truly feel and people will understand you. I recommend Vent to everyone and anyone, it's a great place to help others and help yourself with events in your life. Thank you vent for saving my life.
amazing idea, bad community
I feel like there should be more control over the popular venters that are extremely racist and rude. It's on the "popular vents" it's right in front of us. The popular venters get away with things others can't. Namedropping, harassment and more. I mean I can even email you guys all the usernames if I really wanted too. But they keep on making more and more accounts then say to listen back again. Get rid of this horrible part of the community. I want to be able to vent without being telling me to "kill myself" or that I'm "IGNORANT LOL YAAAS 👍💦👍👏👏👏👏👏👏"
I'm sick of going on vent and I'm tired of it. Not even going private helps this. Everybody on this app is either okay, caring and nice or a racist, annoying -phobe. I want to be able to let people know my opinions and my problems and for them to support me without a community to drag us down. Thank you.
When I first got Vent, I didn't know what I was about to experience. I opened the app and signed up, but there was no one else I knew who had the app. This was a disappointment because I assumed that I should know at least one other person who has this app. No, I didn't, but it's actually a good thing I didn't. It helps me open up more and vent on my feelings. The assortment of feelings is amazing. You can choose from so many. (One I'm recommending they add is blessed) I really like to express myself on Vent, and I was surprised by the comments and outreach of others. It always feels good to know you're not alone or that someone else cares enough to help you out. The only bad thing I've experienced with Vent is that it runs really really slow. I don't know why, but it's always been this way for me. I hope they can fix this. I use it on my iPod touch.
