Really needs some block-by-default options

"Blocking" a call shouldn't mean sending it to voicemail, especially from a service that's provided by the wireless carrier. Blocking should mean I never hear from this caller again unless I unblock them. Also, yes, that call that was flagged as "potential fraud" was, in fact, a scam call. We need options to block "potential fraud" and "potential spam" instead of having to answer the call, confirm the problem number, report it, and then block it manually. At the very least, there needs to be an option to reject the call from the 'incoming call' screen without it going to voicemail so your number doesn't get verified as active.

You've got to be kidding

App is "free" but I have to pay a monthly fee - which isn't disclosed anywhere until after I'd downloaded the app and then been told that I "might" be eligible for a free 10-day trial - to prevent fraudulent use of a service for which I'm already paying a (significant) monthly fee?

No, Verizon. And what you've just done is reminded me what an anti-customer company you are.

Doesn't work

The app doesn't notify my of potential spam when the phone rings. Many times I have looked up a number that just called in the app and it says it is fraud but that does no good if it doesn't block the call or let me know when it rings that it is fraud.
