DVR and Live TV Streaming from your Verizon Media Server
*Verizon Fios Quantum TV and Fios Internet subscription required for DVR streaming out-of-home. Live TV and DVR can simultaneously be streamed on up to 4 compatible devices per media server. No same-recording simultaneous streaming on multiple devices out-of-home. Access to live TV in-home channels requires Fios router. Premium movie channels or highest-tiered TV package may be required. NFL Network and NFL RedZone content available on tablets only. Content availability restrictions may apply. Wireless data charges may apply.

What's New in Version 5.8
Very limited stations available to watch on a tablet or laptop.
Contacted customer service. Was told the lack of station choice sounded like a buffering problem. Thought the person that replied to my email was going to correct the problem and we'd have more choices of programming to watch. So much for that thought, never heard from customer service again and our mobile station choice has not improved. When this contract is finished next year, good riddance, Verizon FIOS.
Not only does this app have very limited mobile viewable programming, frequently whatever I'm watching appears to 'freeze in place'. At times the whole program that I'm watching completely stops. Then I have close out VERIZON FIOS and restart it.😕. Instead of adding more FIOS areas to your grid, how about improving your existing FIOS app so it works for those of us already paying for it.
9/17 Update: have a new, faster (speeds) router. Was told this router should improve our mobile programming choices. All the new router has done concerning mobile TV viewing is stuff more money into Verizon's pockets. BTW, we're not attempting to watch TV away from home, we're sitting in our screen porch, less than 12' from our television's set top box.

I watch my shows going back and forth to work and so I can't watch full episodes when I go back to the show and click resume you would think it would pick up where it left off but it doesn't. It chooses a random spot or starts from the beginning. Aside from that why do you play 2 minute commercials when I already pay for showtime with my Verizon package. If I wasn't already a subscriber I can see putting these annoying commercials but I am a member and shouldn't have to be subjected to commercials. Also I place a bookmark on my show but when I go into bookmarks I see a black box with no title or anything. Thank God I only watch the one show or I wouldn't know which bookmark to choose. Update your app to have a fast forward button so we can skip those annoying commercials.
So close, now very disappointing. Again
I was SO pleased with this app, now all of a sudden it's freezing and can't tell I'm connected to my wifi. Seems to happen every day or so. Can't fast forward enough commercials without crashing. A real pain. And I was so happy....sadly, I've come to the conclusion that it's just poorly executed.
9/16: second time this month it's kicked me out and won't let me sign back in. When it works it's terrific but more glitches all the time. I've reset my password twice--so far-- last time I had to call customer service-- not easy in itself-- and they reset it (I'd done it 3 times already). Gets suckier all the time. Comcast is calling-- Verizon is the new DMV
