Good app, but very slow at times
The app has good functionality, and has been improved greatly over the past year or so. One issue that continues to be bothersome is the lag, especially when logging in or opening certain features. It’s frustrating if you are trying to check your balance in the checkout line and have to wait for the app to login/load. I thought it was my older phone, but my new iPhone has the same slow lags...perhaps a server issue as the app does other things quite quickly.
I’ve always experienced great service within the branches, and it is no less wonderful with the app! I love the easy to use features and especially the check deposit feature!
I would like to see some of the options available on the VTFCU website, also available on the app (hide or make visible, certain accounts on your app, change automatic transfer amounts/date etc.). Otherwise, I’m very pleased with this app.
