I LOVE Veggie Grill and how easy the app makes it to place orders and find locations near you. I live in SoCal so there are many veggie grill locations around me, and whenever I open the app I can find the closest one to order from ahead of time.
The nutritional calculator also makes it easy to see the nutrition facts of each order, which I know some people might not enjoy or care about, but I appreciate being able to compare the nutritional breakdown of my options.
Also, $5 when you invite a friend to use the app is a win in my book! :)
Never have gotten your apps to work consistently
Just reset my password. Then realized I had an old version. Then found the new app under a different name in the App Store. It didn’t accept my new password. Hit the reset again, and it’s been awhile and still haven’t gotten the recovery email. After just paying for food and not being able to use the credit that the old app showed I had, or being able to scan the new receipt for future credit, I’m disappointed by the overall experience. We like your food. Hope the tech catches up.
I like, but...
I like the new app, everything migrated correctly, no issues with signing in, battery, or new earned points.
It does however say I have a message when I dont.
The reason for the 4 stars- you can no longer pay when you scan. That was so convenient. Also while I like the new nutritional tab I dont like that it takes you backwards if you multitask apps. I end up having to screenshot the item then enter the info into a nutrition app.
