Great app for tracking mental health!
I am loving this app! I always struggle with knowing how long a depressive period lasts, or remembering that there are good moments during a bad day. And it's really helpful for me to see how my moods change over the course of the weeks and months to see if there are any trends, and if it's related to any outside factors. I would recommend anyone who struggles with a mood disorder or even just wants to keep a better record of their moods to use this app!
Just downloaded and like the app. Only feature missing is a passcode option in app for privacy. Passcode should enable everytime the app is exited.
Such a great and clean app. Easy to use and resourceful. Can’t wait to see future updates.
