EXCELLENT Tool/App and Customer Service
This Total Video Tools App is probably one of the absolutely BEST App/Software/Program I have ever used in all my computer history (which started in 1969). So easy to use, So fully loaded and does everything I need it to do. I've had to contact the developer twice when I was learning TVT and the response was within hours....not days. Recently due to some system updates, my Total Video Downloader didn't work. I contacted the developer and was responded to again within hours. Two days and they had it fixed!! THEN, they had the courtesy of emailing me to let me know that it was updated and a link to download a new version. I did so and within minutes, I was up and running again immediately. I couldn't ask for more and can't say enough good words as to how pleased I am.

Great Product
I really like this app. It’s one of the best ones I’ve come accross in my video making proccess. I have a few other programs that I ran and they each have a purpose and this app has never failed me. It’s so great to find such a stable and consistent app. I mostly use it as a video convertor, but I also use it for video trimming, a screen recorder, and as an audio remover. It is nice to have arround since it’s such a versitle app. I highly recommend it.

What matters to me is customer support and this developer cares enough to be very responsive to any questions. Exceptionally quick video converter with lots of other tools to edit your videos. The developer even sent me another app to use to exclusively download and save vdeos from many sites. I like educational videos and like to keep them on my hard drive to review over and over again. Thank you for a great app!
