Anticipate upgrade charges for basic features

I recently tried the "Aiseesoft Mac Video Enhancer" free version and I was pleased with the noise reducing capabilities. So, I bought the "Video Editor Enhancer" on the Apple App store thinking I'd be getting a similar product. But, when I went to use it, I noticed that a lot of the compression formats were missing. Specifically, I was looking for ProRes, and it isn't there. I can't choose any HD or 4K options without paying for an upgrade. In fairness, the product page lists that there are in-app purchases, but it's way down the page and you have to know to click the dropdown to see that you have to pay for HD. How can a paid product that is designed to enhance video not have HD built in?

What is Wrong with this App?

I am not happy. I bought this software a while back and decided to try it again with mojave and though it loads the features are not working like it is suppose to. I want to make a 4K video and enhance it , first it asks me to restore every and each time i try to use any feature. I restore it thinking that is a one time authorized, But evertime i use the feature i have to restore the purchase. This is BS. ALso the main reason thids software is not up to Par is when i try to select 4K or even 1080p it will n ot go beyond 1280x720 what the hell? Thats is far from 4K. I wasted my money and CAN NOT Recommend this software as it does not do anything right. Stay Away from it.

HUGE RIPP—DOES NOTHING!!!!

Do not waste your time. It is the biggest rip off ever. I wasted Big $$ on this app. I does absolutely nothing except add a little brightness to your video. It enhances nothing. I have tried with all different videos and nothing but crap. After you pay big money for the app you are still limited to basic things that any of the free video enhancers and converters do. You have to pay another $10 to get HD and that does absolutely nothing. I contacted the developer and they did nothing. Not even a sorry. This is the first time I have ever written a review because I am not a picky or complaining type person but this is something I need to warn other people about. DON’T DO IT. They have such false advertising if I had the time I would sue them and win. Just some loser slime balls running a legal scam trying to look professional!!! Oh yeah and they are somehow allowed to erase negative feedback because I already posted a review and it was taken down. Just shows how shady they are.I hope they are happy just sitting back raking in hard earned money. Ghetto crackheads in suits.
