Great app, easy to redeem points BUT...

They keep switching the points/values of the rewards so a couple of times when I thought I was getting close to my reward the points required became double. It was much better when they rewarded high-level users with what was usually a 10% discount on redeemed points. It gave you a lot more incentive to viggle regularly. I feel a bit cheated now but it's still reliable and it's easy to use. They've increased the number of points you get now on all bonus/featured shows and commercials which is awesome. The crashes are way fewer too, at least on iPhone 6. I have noticed you get shorted on bonus points here and there and customer service only gets back to you sporadically, and they've never adjusted my account accordingly. Even when it's easy to verify by looking at my history. Still it's a free app so I guess that's to be expected. Plus their rewards have gotten a lot better and more interesting. I don't know why so many people complain about the actual gifts because so many of them are really cool and hardly impossible to reach. And- oh yeah, they're FREE lol! I've gotten a couple of people hooked on it. Even if you just use it for video games or movies or music, I think it's awesome.

GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY...

I used to absolutely love this app. Really, who wouldn't love getting points for watching your favorite shows that you can then redeem for movies, music, etc? I've been using this app for several months, and I'm finding that, as time goes on, I'm getting more frustrated and irritated with its performance. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to check in to a show only to have Viggle tell me that the show I'm trying to check in to isn't currently on. What? I'm watching it that second...of course it's currently on! And, tonight, I tried to check in to "Wheel of Fortune" nine times!!! The volume was loud, there was no noise in the background, and I was close to the TV. It's not like I was watching some one-time special on an obscure channel; it's a show that's been on for decades on a major television station. Furthermore, when I tried to manually enter it, it wasn't an option. In that vein, every time I try to manually enter a show, it's never available in their system. I will continue to struggle with Viggle because I like the rewards, but it truly is a struggle. The operators of the app need to invest some quality time and money into fixing their major issues.

Very good however lacking the gift cards

I love viggle personally. I find that if you just listen to music while doing everyday things around the house you can get many points quickly, the rewards catalogue is pretty big since there's movies, music, tv shows and now books to rent and buy. There's also a good few physical rewards such as earbuds, headphones, TVs, and other electronics that said however i feel that the physical reward catalogue is restricted a bit, there are never any new rewards, it's the same old same old (which i dont mind for the TVs) but the thing that really gets me is the lack of gift cards. Older users remember seeing many cards (i am not one of them) i have only seen 2 or 3 gift cards at a time. Right now there's only one for a sports wear shop 20% off for 1,000 points (not bad honestly) i feel there should really be more gift cards again, like iTunes, walmart, etc. other than that FANTASTIC app. Give it a try its free and little to no email spam
