Viira is a professional, powerful yet easy to use app designed and built specifically to help you stay organized and implement the principles of Getting Things Done in your day-to-day life.

Viira comes with apps for a number of mobile and desktop software platforms including a feature-rich Outlook Add-In. The (optional) cloud sync service lets you sync all your Viira apps seamlessly and securely over the cloud giving you powerful, available-from-anywhere GTD-based organizational system.

The app offers a 14 day free period. At the end of it you will be asked to upgrade to the paid version to continue.

Here is a brief list of some of Viira's key features and capabilities:
- Project: organize your tasks
- Contexts: Viira supports multiple contexts allowing you to tag and classify your tasks in effective and flexible ways.
- In-Basket: Perfect for the collection phase of GTD, the In-Basket allows you to quickly enter tasks that will be further classified and organized at a later point.
- Next Actions: those are your high-priority, immediately actionably items. The Next Actions view displays all next actions to help you locate quickly what is the next actionable task that requires your attention. Tasks flagged as next actions always appear at the top of any task list as well.
- Calendar Integration: your day's events and appointments show in Viira's Day View
- Email integration: You can add an email to a task directly from Viira! Email tasks can be prioritized, organized, re-ordered, given reminders etc just like any normal task
- Reminders: any task in Viira can have a reminder associated with it. Reminders display in your Notifications area with convenient actionable buttons to Snooze, Dismiss, Mark Completed or View
- Drag-and-drop reordering: You can quickly reorder the tasks in any project, context, day as well as all of the main views in Viira.
- Overdue task management: overdue tasks appear in a separate area in Viira's Day View to help you make sure nothing 'slips through the cracks'.

Version 5.2

Enhanced Overdue Task management:
- Multi-select option in the Overdue Tasks area allows one-by-one selection of overdue tasks so that they can be re-assigned to today, marked as completed or deleted
- Action menu allows quick re-assignment of all overdue tasks to today
- Overdue Tasks display with the oldest ones at the top
- completed overdue tasks no longer display in the Overdue Tasks area

We are also adjusting the name of the app on advice from our marketing consultant.

Not only does Viira keep me from losing track of tasks and entire projects, I value that it automatically syncs between Outlook, my tablet and my laptop. No other app I have will do that in this category. Full marks! Also, the one time I emailed the developer, I got great support within 24 hrs.

Clean interface, the task organization is very intuitive. Syncs well with outlook.
The Outlook add-in is well integrated and offers the ability to create email and contact tasks which work well.
I use Outlook 2010.

It fills a lot of needs but I can't forward tasks to my assistant and monitor.
