Must have for pet owners

I've had this app for seven months and it's worked perfectly. I had been searching for an app to contain my pets' info and this app went beyond my expectations. I haven't used all the features but I'll talk about which ones I have used. Firstly, the interface is user friendly. I have three dogs and they each have their own "profiles" that include a photo, dob, vet and insurance info, micro chip #, physical description, medical records, notes, and reminders. You can set notifications to remind you when you need to renew a license, rabies vaccine, etc. I use the Notes section to add photos of rabies certificates, licenses, and other proof of vaccinations that you might need to show a boarding kennel. Before this app, I had to find all of that paper work and bring out with me to a kennel as per their requirements in order to board my dogs. This way I have all the info I need in my pocket! I have insurance through Nationwide and submitting a claim using this app is a breeze. Just select the pet, the vet, visit date & reason, then the claim amount & snap a photo of your invoice and send! It's that easy. You'll get an email (as long as it's on file with your insurance company) confirming your request.
This app is incredibly useful for active pet owners. Get it. Now.

Thank God for this, makes life so much easier

I used to dread submitting vet claims for my 9-year-old german shepherd who is at the vet almost monthly for a host of old-man problems. It's the little to-do's in life that can really add-up, and befor this app, when I needed to submit a claim, I would have to print a VPI claim forms, complete it, scan it with the invoice to save as a PDF on my computer, then email the file (always with the policy number in the subject line) to VPI for processing. It became one of those little tasks that I would avoid because of the hassle, and then one vet visit would turn into two... would turn into three... and eventually I had a pile of claims that I had avoided submitting for months.

This app changed all that. I select my vet, select the date of the visit, take a quick pic of the invoice that instantly uploads (it's seamless), enter the amount, and hit submit. It makes it so easy I could cry (with joy.) Anything that frees up my time gets my full support.

I don't think I've ever reviewed an app before, but I just submitted yet another claim with this little baby, and it took me all of 5 seconds. I figured that with the time I just saved I have a few extra minutes to give credit where credit is due!

Must have for those who share life with pets

I’ve had the App for about six months and it has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. I have several pets, each with their own health issues. Each of my pet’s records are stored separately in the App including Lab Records and results, specialist visits, surgical procedures, vaccine records, prescriptions , etc. All this can be shared with Family members, other pet care professionals (groomers, kennels, daycare facilities, training facilities, etc).
No more carrying around folders of paperwork for each pet. App stores microchip number for each pet, tattoo numbers, registration numbers for different dog sport venues and the notes section be used to store other important info, ie type food(s) fed, medication schedule, grooming schedule, or even appointments scheduled for future visits. The App keeps everything in one place and directly at your fingertips!
