Horrible!!! Ended up in seats that were downgraded. Found out that me and my neighbor had exact same seats for an event, the same day it was happening. We spent 3 hours attempting to work things out over the phone. Her with Ticketmaster and me with Vivid. Both stated that our tickets were valid. No way when we have the same exact seats! So basically we were told to just go and that we will find out when the ticket doesn’t scan. Bad idea. The venue was an hour away and it was also my daughters birthday. She wanted so badly to see Chris Brown in our 3rd row middle section seats. So. We all decided to ride together since hey we have the same tickets. Guess what. My neighbor’s tickets scanned and mine said refunded. Let me tell you I was LIVID!!!! vivid seats ended up giving us new tickets but at a downgrade. We ended up in the 4th row way way way on the far end. They claim they are going to compensate us and I hope indeed that is true. But the disappointment on my daughters face when she couldn’t see the concert....(props in the way since we were in the corner)......is enough to never ever ever depend on tickets from Vivid. What sad is that when we initially called, upgrades were available. By the time we got to the event...there were only downgrades. This company doesn’t care what your seats end up being. Stay away.

Bought tickets to the SEC basketball Tournament and after I ordered them I received an email saying that I would have to meet someone at a hotel across from the arena' which is fine, but then it said they were gonna give me a pre paid credit card with the tickets loaded on it and that the stadium would know how to handle it. When I called the customer service helpline it kept ringing until I finally got a message that said they were closed for the evening. When I emailed them I didn't get a response until 10 minutes before I had to pick up the tickets, by this time I had already bought tickets from stubhub, and they kept telling me that I was crazy for thinking that getting tickets on a pre paid credit card would be a problem. Just for fun I asked the people at the arena if they had heard of this method and the said they had not. Needless to say this company doesn't care if you have an issue and they are extremely shady. They might have some successful tickets sold but they still don't have a good vetting process.
Vivid Seats as a whole are very difficult and frustrating to work with. Their customer service is a joke and they never get back to you, after it takes forever to even find an email or phone number to contact them at because they are very adamant about just using their FAQ page. I have tried contacting them numerous times about a concert I purchased tickets to that was postponed. After the venue promised full refunds for the inconvenience, VS refuses to comply and says I must sell the tickets, which I can only do through their site. After figuring out how to list my tickets, I find out I am losing money because they charge a sellers fee. None of my emails have been returned and they refuse to work with me or even help me out. Not to mention I can’t even go to the concert on the rescheduled date because it’s the same exact day as another concert which I purchased the tickets for THROUGH THEIR APP. I have left detailed emails and messages about this with nothing in return. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND ARE NO HELP AT ALL!
