Broken after latest update.
A month ago, the app was completely solid. Then they pushed out the update which managed to wreck the login process. After force quitting the app, I could get it to login occasionally. Then they put out the second update, apparently to fix issues with the first update, and that broke everything. Now it will not load at all and I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times to see if it’s something on my end. Running brand new iOS 12.0 on iPhone X.

Not enough detail for me
Missing days of production for some reason. Don’t see how it is possible that the system just stops producing. If that was the case, then Vivint should be here on those days to fix the system, so it must be a software thing. Very Frustrating! Also says, “Try again” constantly when trying to look at daily reports.
Wishes for the App:
Would be great to have a tie in to the PG&E billing, that way my True Up isn’t a shock. There must be some kind of API out there.
Would like to have a connection to the Enphase controller to see outputs on each panel like a SolarEdge inverter does. That would give me insight on when/where to add more panels down the road.
Real-time monitoring? SolarEdge inverters have it. Enphase should have it. Why, say oh why can’t I?
Why doesn’t the app show you the same information that is online. I called Vivint help line and he told me not to go by the app information of what I’m producing for the day, so then why have an app? You would think that this would work. It made me think that something was wrong with my system. For as many people who are getting solar these days you would think that they would have an app that would work better.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
