It's okay I guess
I have Vivint in one home and another system in another. Vivint is easier to access when on the road but hard to disarm or disable one device . You need to call the office for everything. This is a real inconvenience. When working around the house you need to stop every thing to call the office to disable a device so you can remove it to to paint a wall. Real waste of time. Before someone at Vivint took this feature away from the Consumer, we could get things done. When my contract is up I plan on dumping them for a more friendly system.
Pretty good, but....
This is a pretty good app, but you need to either disable the inclement weather alarm or allow us to disable it from the app. That darn thing has been gong off since 2am. I am exhausted and very angry. It's woken my one month old and on top of that I have to get up grab her and go down stairs to turn the stupid thing off. Please fix this. This is an issue that would make me change alarm companies.
Need Improvements Immediately
When you disarm the system, the icon turns into a pulsing green lock. If you are looking at your phone in even the slightest sunlight, it is very difficult to determine if the system is disarmed, or still delivering the command. There needs to be some distinct symbol over that green unlock icon to boldly identify that the command is still being sent & the system is not disarmed yet. Every false alarm I've experienced is due to this flaw in the app development.
