Vivitar Smart Bulb- f477 - can't control it!
Help! I have downloaded the latest version of your app. 1.0.1.
The Vivitar Smart Plug works perfectly, but the Vivitar Smart Bulb-f477 will not work. I keep getting an error message "your App version doesn't support the device, please update to the latest version". Well, that is what I have! Please fix this issue.
No Update Available!!!!
DO NOT BUY!! This device serves absolutely no purpose if you have up to date electrical outlets in your home. When creating your Vivitar account for set up to link the device to your WiFi and phone, There’s no update that the app calls for before you can move on to complete the install to use the smart plug… and you won’t get any further than that. I don’t understand how Vivitar hasn’t corrected this. Horrible & useless product.

This is what it was when it ask me to update the app. The problem is I have the latest version and no update is available
