Amazing for Moms
I just recently, had my first child. Thankful for a easy and fast postpartum, 15 weeks after deliver I was ready to get back into the gym and and start working out. Surprisingly enough, where are live they do not watch infants only toddlers so going to the gym was out of the question. Needless to say this app is beyond a blessing to have. I am able to get a challenging and satisfying work out in the comfort of my own home. I able to work out while my daughter is sleeping or awake in the swing. I highly recommend this app to all moms who just had a baby and is ready to start working out. Also, the trainers are fabulous and motivational. It's like they are right there in front of you. Great app to have and I look forward to more programs.

Great app for home workout
It’s not as great as a live class, but when that’s not an option, the convenience of this is amazing. Easy to search for and find the kind of workout you want. Love that they have spin classes - was about to bite the Bullet on the peloton app and then this was released. Love that you can change the background music to - helps me stay with the class when I have music that energizes me. The only request I have is that the music volume mixer be adjusted so that I can crank up the volume of the music even higher relative to the volume of the instructor - I want the music to be louder, but when I increase it to the desired level, the instructor becomes unbearably loud (even when I already set it so that the music is at its max relative volume).

Good start, room for improvement.
I love the concept of ClassPass Pro. Wide variety of workouts from rowing to running, body weight and yoga. Instructions are easy to follow and encouraging.
I do have a few quibbles. I wish there was video paired with the instructions. For works outs like running or rowing it’s not really needed, but others really need a visual to follow along with. If I know how the move I’m doing it’s fine, but for ones I’m unfamiliar with it was harder to figure out without a visual. There are slides you can click on before you start the workout but not during.
Also partial workouts are not counted towards minutes. I might not have finished but I did put in the work.
Finally I didn’t love the gendering in some of the instructions. I did a rowing working out and weight lifting and both instructors gave recommendations based on gender. Women were recommended to start at lower speed/lower weight. I have never been to a class that gives that sort of recommendation. While we are encouraged to lift at our own comfort, no instructor has ever made recommendations based on gender. It rubbed me the wrong way.
Anyway good start and I can’t wait to see how the app evolves.

Regarding video -- we 're adding images to all our HIIT, Strength, Core and Butt workouts so you can look up a move if you don't know how to do it. We also have a video product called ClassPass Live. You can check it out here - www.classpass.com/live
Partial workouts is a tricky one since a lot of people test classes to find one they like and we have to be careful not to count those. For now, we're using a percentage of completion of a workout to count it in the stats.
Regarding gendering, we'd love to hear which workout that was so we can go in and change that! Thanks for catching that!
