With Volunteerica, volunteers record their hours worked, what they did, and any donations collected. When they're done, they simply email the report to their coordinator to open as a spreadsheet. It’s clean and simple!
Program administrators will love the app as well. This simple app makes it easier for volunteers to track and submit their data, which increases participation and accuracy. The data is delivered to the coordinator in a standard, .csv format, which is easily read by any spreadsheet program.
Developers with NMSU’s Cooperative Extension Service designed the app for their own reporting needs. It is ideal for other organizations and small businesses that must collect and report similar data.
What's New in Version 1.4
Added support for iPhone 5.

Removed NMSU logo on splash screen.
Good but not great
I use this app quite a bit for keeping track of my volunteer hours instead of using the notes section on my phone and it works great! I do have a few suggestions, however. First, I would like to have the ability to categorize the hours by years and months in folders. Secondly, I would like to have some sort of color coding or indicator as to which type of volunteering it was. My final suggestion is to add minutes to the time tracker. Otherwise good app and I like it a lot.
It lacks the ability to track volunteer hours for different organizations. You can only put the name in the notes field, so then there is no way to sort by club. Full hours are not how most people track time. It would seem a good place to keep your volunteer mileage too. Activity types are limited, too.
Good but lacking
3 stars for functionality and ease of use.
-1 star because you can't create and save your own categories or activities.
-1 star because it's ugly. (Something to be said for beautifully designed apps)
If I could add and save my own categories, I could overlook the ug.
It also needs to have the option to list dates in order of first to last day of the month instead of last to first.
I also like the idea of being able to input mileage.
