VR ONE AR

Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
Experience augmented reality with the ZEISS VR ONE AR app.
This fun app is intended for use with the ZEISS VR ONE headset and the paper cube which is part of the ZEISS VR ONE retail package. While wearing the VR ONE headset, please hold and turn the cube in front of the VR ONE so you see it in the headset.
Each side of the paper cube features a different background image. The app is programmed to detect which background image is in front of the camera at any given time, and to project the corresponding 3D model onto it.
Hint: The cube side marked with “dream” will show a space station. After some time space ships are going to destroy the protection shield. When shields are destroyed, you are able to activate a special VR game where you can steer a space ship. To activate the VR game, simply watch the space station scene until a message appears. Then tap / knock on the VR ONE firmly.
Q: How to use the app?
A: Start the VR ONE AR app on your iPhone and slide it into the VR ONE headset. Put the headset on an hold the folded cube in front of the VR ONE so it is in focus of the iPhone camera. You can turn the cube from one site to another and the VR ONE AR app detects the markers accordingly and projects an individual 3D model onto it.
Q: Where to get the needed AR marker cube?
A: If you own a VR ONE, you will find a foldable paper cube inside the retail package. Take it out of the package and fold it to get a cube. If you don’t have a VR ONE you can download the foldable box template on the developers website.
Q: Where to get support?

Q: How to contact Developer for questions

I can help
So for all you people who are just seeing white on the screen, make sure you go to settings and allow camera access and then put the cube in front of the vr system. I am still figuring this app out so this review is mainly just to help figure out how this works, because there was no where that said that so yeah.
Cool, but needs a game.
I think this thing is very cool, but I didn't buy the headset, not do I want to print out a cube. This kind of thing would be great with a game that you walk around to play. I would prefer a game over a flat picture from a cube. Otherwise this is the first time I've ever seen this kind of vr app.
Just bought the VR OnePlus and was excited to use it, only to find out that the app is broken. I have a 6s and down loaded it multiple times to no avail. Then I noticed the last time the app was updated was in May of 2015. It is November 2016. To top it off, when I clicked on the app support, the URL was broken. Garbage, I would not purchase, ZEISS obviously only wants the quick money and does not support their products.
