Vulcan Access is an integrated Visitor/Resident Access Management Solution composed of three core components:
Security Access Interface
Allows the Security personnel at the main entrance to manage visitors, vendors / contractors and residents using the guest lanes. Provides security personnel all the tools necessary for processing guest entries. The Interface offers an advanced GUI screen display that is easily navigated by the user via touchscreen, function key or mouse.. The system quickly and efficiently processes visitor’s access requests, thereby promoting the operational efficiency of the security personnel and reducing guest lines ups. Visitor/Vendor information can be added or amended in this interface by the security personnel or the property manager who can remotely access the system. The interface allows the security personnel to place phone call within the application using the optional click to call button allowing for fast communication with the residents.
Resident Access Interface
Mobile App and Web Base Interface that allow residents to add, modify or remove Temporary or Permanent Guest, controlling their vendors and contractors access. Review and modify their contact information. Review their guest/vendor access list. The Vulcan Mobile App can work as a standalone solution or can be fully integrated into the access control system.
Manager Access Interface
Allows the Property Managers, Board Members and Security Supervisors to review remotely the guard house access control operations, review reports. It also allows authorized users to add, delete and edit vendors and contractors as well as resident information, using either the website or the mobile app.
This update is signed with Apple’s latest signing certificate. No new features are included.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
