I was excited to see an update, but immediately frustrated and let down....again. Our company does all of its ordering through Grainger, personally a lot of the prices are high, but the expedited arrival of the product is very convenient. The website and app are equally as frustrating. When searching for a product, using the exact name for a product (as assigned by Granger or manufacturer) will almost always produce zero results! How is this even possible? It is impossible to find what you were looking for and even more frustrating the add on, or related items are not listed. I feel as though Granger sales would double if convenience of the consumer through the website would be addressed. Anyone at Granger feel free to give me a shout if you need some help… smh. I will happily change my rating if I'm ever impressed. Just my two cents and one star.

We are also working to improve available search options in upcoming releases. After searching and finding the product you are looking for. I click on it and then it says no internet connection. I hit the refresh button on the app and it brings me back to the prior page. I have a internet connection and that's definitely not the problem, no other apps give me that issue. It evens finds the products in the search, only when you click on them the internet issue arises. I do not know if this is happening because I access the app from Europe as sometimes work overseas.

I like being able to place my order from my phone, but the app only works about 25% of the time. Usually when I place the order I get a "Server not responding" error. Other times the cart glitches and says I have nothing in my cart when I know I have items in there. Sometimes it won't let me remove items from the cart. It's frustrating and almost not worth the hassle.
*Update* Thank you for the feedback to help improve our app. The latest app release, v4.13.3, contains bug-fixes and several other improvements that likely address this issue. Please feel free to update to the most recent version at your convenience and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.
