Focuses on what you see, hear, smell and feel through the sense of touch as you walk. It enhances your experience of life by enhancing your perception.

Not worth the money

Not worth it


No controls. She just keeps saying the same thing over and over. The "enliven body" and "enliven senses" meditation are not much different than the "fully present" meditation. I thought they would be more specific to the titles, but there's just a few words during them that have anything to do with the subject of the meditation. The most annoying thing is the very long pauses throughout the whole recording. It's not very relaxing to have to stop walking and/or meditating to see if I hit pause accidentally or caused it to stop playing in some way.

However, I will say that I've enjoyed the Relax and Rest app they have. You can change the music and control the music and voice volume, among other controls. I just think this walking one was not well thought out.

When I found this app, I saw that there were only 2 ratings, and the average amount of stars was 0. I decided to try out the app without knowing if it was good or not. Well I'll tell you, it was a good find! Highly relaxing, improves my awareness, spiritual presence, senses and one of my most used apps! I use it in the morning before any body has gone out to drive or mow their lawns or walk their dogs and it really improves my day. Love it! If you are looking for a creative alternative to sitting meditation, this is the app for you.
