Various bug fixes
Ratings and Reviews
Works ok. But needs a lots of improvement
First, fix the number of steps to sync. Why do I need to click log entries, click sync meter and once again sync meter. And, on top of it it is no easy to just finish it. You have a couple of more clicks for your mood your activity. Make it simple. One click on the main page and it should sync.
Second. Change the history. We want to be able to see the numbers by date so we can see the trend quickly. The calendar view makes no sense at all. Again, I have to click, click, click. On top of it, there is a bug that does not show you the tick mark in a date immediately. You have to click each day to see if you have a reading or not.
Just keep it simple. Click once to sync and click history to see a list of values by date and give a trend chart. Get rid of the calendar. It is no use.
Not Useful (Yet)
As with other posters, it is difficult to sync the results with the application. Additionally and when it does sync, it does not seem to be immediately visible in the history. For example I tested at 6:30 PM however the day is stuck on tomorrow (the second) rather than the first. I can see that the last sync lines up with my latest test, but when I check the day, no data. While I can manually enter in the details for he first, that makes the point of automation useless not to mention I have now manually added the results to the wrong day since the app seems to think it’s tomorrow already.
For the 18 dollars, it’s a great value, now if they could just fix the app and the syncing troubles this could be a 4 Star device and app combo. If it could automatically feed health app, that would make it a 5 Star combo.
Until then, I’ll be manually adding the details to the health app.
App works but needs work
Syncing can be difficult at times and confusing.
Had to remove batteries to get meter to sync a couple of times in first month.
The app seems to be more focused on gathering your data for them to use than making it easy for you to access it. If you want to look at previous readings you have to look at each one individually by tapping the date. Would be nice to have a list to share with your doctor. The most annoying part is the fact that you must log in every time, doesn’t even remember your user name, and forces you to change your password every 3 months. My phone is password protected and I don’t need every app to be. It’s not my bank account it’s just glucose reading. Will probably return the meter and buy a different one just because I really don’t like the app at all.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
