Water plays such an important role in our body and overall health. The human body can go up to 3 weeks without food, but only 3 days without water! That shows how crucial water is to life and your vitality.
Drinking plenty of water can be beneficial for weight loss, digestion, skin health, and can even improve your mood. Water helps transport oxygen and nutrients to your cells and is crucial for a healthy metabolism.
Since water is so important to our overall health, it can be very helpful to track and document exactly how much we are actually drinking. Water Manager app allows you to do that, and so much more.

Ratings and Reviews
Love this app
I really like this app because it gives you the option to go back and add water to previous days. I also really enjoyed that you're able to add a set amount of water that you take in. It's very helpful because sometimes I'm not always drinking eight or 16 ounces of water sometimes I'm drinking less or an odd number or something so I really enjoy that feature of the app
Success by duress?
As far as I can tell this is not a bad app. But before I was able to access the 10 day summary I'm told I must give a 5-star review or pay $1.99 without even an explanation of whether that amount is for a month, a year or lifetime. So, as well as being manipulative the developers are also unclear. If I was able to set a standard volume that matches my reusable water bottle (18 oz./.53 liters) so I could enter it with one click, I might be willing to give a higher rating, but instead I'm just going to delete it.
I don’t like this app
I have been using this app for a few days and was unable to access any of my data until I gave it a five star rating or paid for a subscription. It was a very basic app to start with, but provided what I needed it to, kept track of my water intake. However, I found I can do the exact same thing with the health app on my iPhone! So I didn’t even need an app to start with, duh! Don’t waste your time, just learn to use the functions your phone already has pre-loaded!
