Serious Support for Hydration
I decided that I was obviously not meeting my (informal) hydration goals. Waterlogged was suggested as a good method of keeping hydrated and meeting my goals. And it actually works for me.
Setting goals and reminder alarms is easy and inputting your consumption is super easy. All you need to do is click on a picture of the container you drank from (mug, sports bottle, juice glass, etc) and the app records the associated volume of liquid in oz or ml -- and it keeps your water consumption separate from your other drinks.
You can also easily (I'm using that word a lot!) add pictures and volumes of your personal containers -- like my Alice In Wonderland 14oz. mug. After two weeks I still like it -- in spite of having to urinate a lot more...

I enjoy my option to have a water sound as my reminder. I find the sound relaxing so if I am too busy with kids or whatnot to stop and drink at that moment I was only exposed to a relaxing sound. My kids are becoming more conscious there own water consumption without any pressure at all. Just a beautiful relaxing sound.
I set my app up very simply. One 16.9 ounce bottle or one 4 ounce glass. If I drink 8 ounces I just use the 4 oz twice.
I truly enjoy how the program distributes my consumption goals for me according to my own schedule for that day.
Great app that integrates well with Fitbit
Are you drinking enough water? For several years, I've had health and fitness professionals encourage me to drink 1/2 of my body weight in ounces in order to help my body properly eliminate toxins and keep me well hydrated. (Ex: someone who weighs 150# should drink 75oz of water daily)
This is a TOUGH goal to meet, especially if you're relying on your memory to keep track throughout the day.
I've used several other good trackers in the past, but recently found this one when I was looking for something that would integrate with my fitness apps. And I love it! It does so much more than I expected, and I keep discovering new features within the app!
Although coffee, sports drinks, etc. don't count toward the water goal, this app lets you track those, too. Now I can visualize how much coffee I drink in relation to water. Thankfully I'm no longer drinking a pot of coffee a day, all by myself!
