What's New in Version 3.1.2
Fixes critical bug.
Thank you for helping me build good habits!
I used the free three habit tracking for flossing, midday prayer, and exercising.
Simple. Clear. Elegant. And therefore emotionally satisfying no matter my energy level or busy-ness level for that day.
A few weeks ago I purchased the full app and added in some food goals. I tend to over commit in making To Do lists and daily plans, so I told myself I wouldn't add anything else, but it is so pleasing to see those streaks of green that within a week I had 22 items in about five tag categories. Here's some examples - Exercise: mini-aerobic. Aerobic every two days. Abs & Stretch. - Food: Broccoli or Spinach 2X per week. - Flossing am. Flossing pm - Inflows: Text Count Zero. Voicemail Zero. eMail <20. THANK YOU
ps Glad to read the great update suggestions from other happy Way Of Life users....
Four months later:
The book Changology points out something true for me: changing the objectives keeps me interested, motivated, and propelled towards the goal.
So, I'm on the second revision of using this app since my last review.
Now I use it for evening and exercise objectives - and for reflection, utilizing the comment feature. I also list what I'm grateful for in a comment each evening.
I'm sure I will always use this app.
This is app is totally awesome!!! It helps me to follow the habits I am trying so hard to work into my daily routine. I've tried implementing habits before, but not successfully, because when you forget one time or go on vacation, or life happens and you skip a day, sometimes you end up not getting restarted on your habit.. However this app totally keep you on track every day. So even you messed up a couple times, you can still get back on track, because each day and each week starts as new.
Also, love the stats. You can look back over time and see how you've been doing.
Love it! Tried couple other apps, but didn't like them. This is the only one I found that works for me.
Useful app but could use a few improvements
Great app for tracking various things--habits, moods, food, exercise, health! I like how flexible you can be in creating things to track. You can look at your tracked items in a weekly or monthly view, which is useful. The different statistics and graphs of your progress are really useful, too. The fact that you can "skip" days is helpful for tracking weekly goals (which the app doesn't let you do otherwise) or giving yourself a break now and then. You can also add some notes to each daily tracked item, though this isn't really useful (yet) since there's no easy overview of notes or search function. There's a backup-to-Dropbox option for your trackers, but you can also choose to delete your trackers and start fresh. :)
Biggest current annoyance: there are no dates in the app, just days of the week. Would be really useful to know when things happened, beyond just "7 Mondays ago" or whatever.
Other features I would like are weekly goals or the ability to group goals.
Overall, pretty neat app with room for further developments.
