Great app with a few things missing

I love this app, it's fantastic and I wholeheartedly give it 5 stars. But I'm disappointed and that's my fault for not paying enough attention before I bought it, but the reason I purchased was I thought it had a certain feature and it does not. I love the fact that we can skip a day so it doesn't count towards the streak/goal. However, I have to manually figure out when I've hit my goal for the week. For example, I want to do strength training 3 times per week. As I'm marking along each day of the week, I need to count my green spots and determine when I've hit my goal. I'd like it if when entering my goal I can tell the app "I want to do this 3 times per week." Then the app automatically calculates me as 100% success after there are 3 greens in that week. Also, would be awesome if it showed in the reporting "current streak 5, total completions 35, longest streak 21" or something of that nature. And min/max would be great too. For example, I want to eat dessert no more than 2x per week, so count me bad starting at the 3rd, or on the other side of it, I want to do cardio at least 3x per week, so start me good at 3 but let me do up to 7 without showing me bad. Other than that, amazing app, thanks.

Great Tool

This app is simple yet effective. It's quick and easy to get in, track an activity and get out and back to your life. Just the way a daily tracker should be. It's there to help you. Sort of the virtual rubber and on your arm to help remind you and how your doing. It helps me watch each day to eat right, exercise, pray, how my day went and what happened on that day. The per day, per item note feature is great for quick notes on what happened or reminders. Keep up the good work!

One of the few apps I actually use every single day

Phenomenal. This app provides an easy way to review my daily/weekly/monthly actions and assess their alignment with my deeper intentions. Once I've defined a particular behavior that would support well-being I need a simple way to track it, and this is the most effective tool I've found.

After a couple years on the first screen of my iPhone it finally made it on to the coveted bottom dock.
