App works great, the company not so much
Started using this app after seeing great reviews about parking for flights. My experience has been acceptable at best, and horrendous at worst. There is no quality control in the company. No way to submit complaint or phone either company from the app, and little support for issues submitted online or over the phone.
I was hung out at a major airport when my parking lot decided that they no longer wanted to answer their phone, and would not call me back, I was left without a shuttle to my car. When I called Way to see if they could get a hold of the provider, they directed me to get an Uber and said they would cover the ride. Great! Not what I expected, but that will work. I sent my receipt as Way requested and they responded with, “We are sorry for the inconvenience and miss understanding but we do not refund for shuttle problems.” So now I am out for car parking...and an Uber ride, that they directed me to take. Avoid this company like the plague!

I am very sorry for this. If one of our agents told you to take an UBER to make it right then we need to take care of you. Horrible customer support
I used way for airport parking 13 times in 2017 and really had no issues. However, after booking at a parking lot in Aug for nearly $70, I hit traffic on the way to the airport and had to park on-site at SFO, opposed to using my way order. I reached out and they never responded. By email, phone, etc. one time I got them on the phone and the customer support agent said she’d email me right now so I could resubmit proof I parked elsewhere - that email never came. Finally, in Nov, I got a quick response from my submission with a reply that I was out of their 2 week refund window. I explained the situation and they replied, again, with a canned answer that they cannot help. So, I’m done using them.
Also, the app takes forever to load.

Don’t use-it’s a scam
It is a scam and has cost me a lot of money. I paid for parking at LAX for Christmas. I showed up to the parking lot and the lot would not let me in and would not accept my reservation even though it had already been charged to my credit card. They said they were not accepting any reservations from this company. So I then had to park in an expensive lot as everyone was booked for the holiday and I hd to catch my flight. I cant reach them to get my
money back, and I am out for the more expensive lot as well. I really wish I had just gone straight to the source and booked directly with the lot. I feel duped.

We are very sorry that this happened. Way.com prepays all of the reservations to guarantee space for our customers. Can you please email Shaniece.Mcgill@way.com and she can find out which lot did not honor their contract with us. Way does thousands of reservations a day. We need to find out what happened to yours.
