Lousy delivery service
We’ve all heard the expression fool me once, shame on you.....fool me twice, shame on me. The week of Black Friday I ordered a nightstand from Wayfair. I was told I would have it in two to three days. Well, it turned out to be almost 2 weeks, but that’s probably only because I complained. This nightstand did not match any of the furniture in my room which made it fun. So because of the delay I shipping I got a 10% of coupon on my next order. So silly me uses the 10% on a second nightstand. Might as well have a matching set, right. Well surprise, surprise, this one hasn’t shipped either. I ordered it to be delivered last Friday. Yeah, it still hasn’t shipped. In the meantime, my husband convinces me I should order the matching dresser. We might as well complete the set, right. Now get this. That is in transit already. How can that be? Not only that, the delivery date has been move up 2 days. We shall see. My only regret now is, I didn’t use the coupon on the dresser. I kind of think they owe me that even though I’ve already ordered it and it has shipped. I’m sorry to say I will probably not order from this company again. Do promise a fast delivery then let the item sit in a wear house just 4 hours away from me. Send me the piece. So, buyer beware. Sorry Wayfair, you’ve lost my business.
Cant live without them
Just bought a new house and 90% of what i have bought came from wayfair! I have never bought from them before and decided to give them a try with so much to buy for new home! I don't know how iI ever made it without them now. They have beautiful designer choices at very competitive pricing and the customer service is outstanding. I have ordered some very large oversized items with furniture and accessories and as in real life nothing ever goes perfect when buying but when I have had issues of any kind large or small Wayfair customer service has actually stunned me at how accommodating they have been to get whatever I needed taken care of! This is my new foundation of home shopping! As i said earlier. I cant imagine trying to get a new home furnished without wayfair! Please join me! You will be shocked and amazed at their quality service and attention to detail in a world today that this is hard to find! My husband that never shops for anything now walks around the house singing....wayfair you got just what i need! Thats a sign they are definitely doing it right!
Just had the worst experience with them
Frustration!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this place, they DO NOT CARE AT ALL about their customers!! First I place my order online and, without contacting me whatsoever, they cancelled it. I call to replace my order and have wait another week and 1/2 for it to arrive. When delivery date comes the driver asked one of the security guards of my building where he could go and, since one of the service elevators was broken, he simply left without trying the other elevator or the stairs. I call customer service and they take absolutely no responsibility for what happened since the beginning of my order and tell me to reschedule it because the driver can’t return to my location.
I’ve been waiting about 4 weeks for my sectional and still haven’t got it. They take no responsibility for the bad service and don’t seem to care AT ALL. The lady I spoke to didn’t help me at all, didn’t let me talk, I got rudely interrupted multiple times, she kept blaming me and my building for everything instead of just taking responsibility and assuming her driver didn’t want to do his job. He could’ve taken the stair or another service elevator, but he left without even trying!!! I am very frustrated! Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from them! They really DO NOT CARE about their customers!!
