About your subscription:

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. It’s a good app. The subtitle is correct, it is all built 100% on CBT and not on any other forms of therapy or spirituality. Anyone who is religious or on a spiritual path might find the material to be slightly disenfranchising or lacking because of it’s total focus on the brain as a scientific object.
Never-the-less, I found it to be interesting and helpful.

Good, but you have to pay for most things


This seems like a good app, but then you have to pay for all the skills. The remaining things you can do without paying are some breathing exercises, and just writing notes. Overall, 8/10 good app, even if you don't want to pay

Logical way to tackle your anxiety


This app takes you step by step through what anxiety is, how it can manifest and what to do about it. You can customize anxiety inducing situations and you reactions to those. The app then guides you through exercises to work through those.
