How does Waze Carpool work?
Ask for a ride in advance and we’ll notify you when a Wazer along your route has offered to pick you up. Once the ride is set, all you have to do is show up on time, ready to go!
How much does it cost?
Riders help cover the cost of gas in exchange for a ride. Payment is transferred automatically upon drop-off.
Who’s driving?
Your driver is an everyday Wazer with a similar commute planned, who would be taking the trip anyway. Pairing up means one less car on the road - great! See the driver's profile to view verified information, number of rides given, and 'thanks' received from previous riders. When a trip is set, you can message in-app before pickup. Many drivers and riders even choose to drive together again.

Solid application just needs a better communication platform
It's a solid app and enjoy the uses I have had so far. It needs to be easier to find previous carpool drivers and allow you to communicate.

Great UI and very easy to use..
Really like this app
It matches better than other apps. I have 2 requirement for additional fearure. Could you please make it possible to attach current location in messaging part of the app. It is very difficult to communicate exact location to the driver. And the second one is to let me know an hour in advance if I cannot get a ride. That way I can make alternative plans for my trip
