Connectivity Not fixed!!
I’m a Kickstarter backer first batch of Arc ‘s before the beams didn’t back those because of the with the cracking band issues light ring issues connectivity issues. I’ve emailed about my inability to use the app on my past 3 phones 6,6S now my X no response the app doesn’t recognize the headset ever I’ve restarted the phone twice uninstalled reinstalled twice so I can’t change anything on my headset extremely disappointed I won’t even think about ordering the “more than 50% off when the ones I have don’t do what they are supposed to
Crashing like crazy!
Just updated my head set with the latest firmware from the website and updated the app on my phone. The phone connects to the head set via Bluetooth, it initialize (sometimes it crashes at this stage), then when I tried to play Apple Music through the app then it crashes. If I try to play in through my iTunes, it doesn't even play through the head set. Need more fixing, guys.
Still not connecting to device
The app still will not connect to the device. Every time I try I get the same error message, I have deleted the app many times and nothing works. I just wish that this could get fixed so I could use all the features of my Wearhaus Arc.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
