Web Help Desk Mobile enables your Apple iOS device to receive SMS text messages from SolarWinds Web Help Desk each time a customer ticket is created or updated.
Web Help Desk Mobile is not a standalone application. To receive SMS text messages, you must have a user account on a supported server running SolarWinds Web Help Desk version 12.1 or later and an Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) certificate. You can download SolarWinds Web Help Desk and the latest APNS certificate from the SolarWinds Customer Portal at https://customerportal.solarwinds.com.

This is barely more than a wrapper for a site that has a terrible mobile site already. And why is it still modeled after a wildly out of date version of iOS (4?)?
Better option is to just connect to your web help desk with a browser, then switch to standard view. iOS app needs a rebuild or deletion from app store.
The ui is extremely out of date. None of the search boxes seam to work as expected. There is no way to do inventory, this would be an awesome way to go through and do it.
