Web Help Desk Mobile enables your Apple iOS device to receive SMS text messages from SolarWinds Web Help Desk each time a customer ticket is created or updated.
Web Help Desk Mobile is not a standalone application. To receive SMS text messages, you must have a user account on a supported server running SolarWinds Web Help Desk version 12.1 or later and an Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) certificate. You can download SolarWinds Web Help Desk and the latest APNS certificate from the SolarWinds Customer Portal at https://customerportal.solarwinds.com.
SolarWinds Web Help Desk is a web-based automated ticketing solution that helps you manage your IT support requests for both internal and external clients. This solution supports email ticket creation, automatic ticket assignment and escalation,
