Web Help Desk Mobile extends the mobile web interface of the Web Help Desk to support push notifications of new and updated tickets. The Web Help Desk is a web-based, cross-platform service management application.

I have never been able to get this app to work properly. I enter my credentials on the configuration page, then the screen briefly flips to a different log-in screen, then back to the configuration page.
It seems the credentials are being accepted because on the lock screen I do receive notifications. I am however unable to view them from within the app.
This app is one of my most frequently used as an IT Manager. The major drawback is that it leaves me not able to do all of my work on it as it does not save the notes I input to the system. Ascetics needs a total revamp, but that does not come as a must with it being for work. Step it up, this app hasn't changed since I was on an iPhone 4...
I love the convenience of this app but it is not at all reliable. Once I view one ticket and then go to another app the next time I open it it just shows a white screen. I have to force close the app and then restart it to get it to work again. I really hope an update is coming to fix this and also add support for the new iPhone 6 and 6 Plus screen resolutions.
