Customer Reviews

Disappointed

I just tried to set up some reminders for meds. I take some supplements prescribed by an alternative health care practitioner. They are not listed in the medication list. I am not able to add the individual products, the brand name or even generic reminders like “A.M. meds” and “P.M. meds.” I also wanted to add a reminder to drink water on a regular schedule — but that isn’t an option. Finally, I wanted to add a reminder to do my kegel exercises. Can’t do that either.

I was hoping to keep health reminders separate from reminders like prepare for Monday’s meeting or pick up the dry cleaning.

I find myself wondering: What kind of data are they trying to collect? Why can’t I add my own meds or generic meds. For symptom checker: Why my zip?

While I was writing this on my computer, I was looking at the app on my iPhone, and clicked on a notice about the new, improved notifications. It crashed.

I’m not likely to use this app on my iPhone (and certainly not on my Apple Watch), altho I have looked at WebMD on the internet at times. It’s upgraded, because, if someone has health issues, it would probably be a valuable resource.

Total waste of time for me

I couldn't sign up for services or even set my goals without having this box popping up constantly saying "There was an error try again later" but later I would receive the same message. I couldn't link any of my other apps to the account, I couldn't sign in, this app is beyond irritating. I tried shutting it down, restarting my phone, and deleting and installing the app once again and it still was a no go. I downloaded one of their other apps too, the pain management one, and that one would constantly shut down just at the start menu. I'm really disappointed that this is the quality of apps webmd has.

Better Information than anywhere else

I like WebMD because it gives the most thorough information to be found on the net. I use it frequently to help with various issues and it's recommendations are spot on. It's also easy to understand because it is written in plain wording, rather than medical jargon, and also gives you the ability to get definitions of words that you don't understand.
