Great for races with multiple distance

We organize several trail running races each year, and offer multiple distances on each event - e.g. 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon and Marathon. Number of racers can vary from 150 to 450. We've tried all types of timing systems over the last several years, and none could offer us the flexibility we needed to start racers in waves or when racers want to switch distances mid-race or to get results on time for the awards ceremony, per distance and per caregory.

Highly recommend for any race director with multi-distance, multi-category, multi-start events - dealing with that complexity is done particularly well with this app.

Successful adaptation for cycling events

I started using Webscorer for mountain bike races, then quickly adapted to using it for time trials. The TT functionality is fantastic, especially for TTs where start, finish and registration are physically separated. Getting instantaneous results from finish to results posting area can't be beat. Most recently I'm using the app for cyclocross. It's great for events with a hard uphill stretch close to the finish where racers are going slowly. The ability to run separate categories simultaneously and have the results parsed out automatically works really well. There is a learning curve, but well worth it and the tech support is very good.

Awesome Race Scoring App - Quick to learn, easy to use

We have been using Webscorer to time races for the past two years and it’s been a great experience. And whenever we hit a snag, the support team is quick to the rescue, even on the weekends. Being able to score multiple distances with different start times is a big bonus for us on this app over others. We use the app to score trail runs and open water swims. And there are so many customization options in terms of how to score & display results.
