This app does not worth a Penny.
It is just stupid advises that you can find free on line. Unfortunately, I bought and got my money wasted.
Excellent app. I was initially skeptical because I already workout (kickboxing, weights, etc) and am normal weight (5 ft, 103lbs). I tried it to see if I could get to my preferred weight and lower my % body fat. In four days I lost 4 pounds and decreased my body fat. My one negative is the diet. There needs to be a substitute for people who do not eat eggs or cottage cheese. I looked into Greek yogurt, which I tried before because of the high protein.
I'm always looking for ways to change up my workouts and my diet, but I HATE those fitness magazines! I just can't get into them. With RWLD, there are no distracting pictures or ads. The information about the diets and workouts are straight forward and concise. It's a well organized app, complete with a weight tracker. Stop wasting your money on those magazines. RWLD is all you need.
